Can I buy one of the vehicles?

Let us know as we are thinking of selling one of the vehicle in early 2025..


How does the booking process work?

1) Are you interested in renting a camper van Pumba or an alcove camper Simba? Send us an e-mail with your desired motorhome, your travel dates and plans and some information about your travel company.

2) We will answer your enquiry and any other questions you may have. If the motorhome is available, we will send you an offer and the provisional reservation

3) After your approval, a rental agreement follows. Once signed, your booking is final.

4) You will receive detailed information about the motorhome, its return, telephone numbers during travelling and an instruction video, as well as travel tips and packing list. Let the fun begin!

5) Before you leave, there will be a comprehensive personal briefing, including handover protocol. Possibly with a test drive. Have a nice trip!


Where can I park my car during the travel time?

Parking is free on our side of the street.


How can I arrive by train and plane?

After consultation we can pick you up at the train station or airport before the trip.


Is there a video in addition to the instruction and the operating instructions?

Yes, get in touch and we will send you the appropriate link.


Are dogs allowed on the trip?

Yes


How much is the bail-out?

The deposit is €1,500 and can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.


How is the vehicle insured?

The vehicle is fully comprehensively insured with a deductible of €1,000. Ensurance cost are included in the price.


Is roadside assistance included?

Yes.


What are the cost for additional kilometers? 


175 km are included per day (=number of nights plus one day). This usually is sufficient for a relaxed camper trip. Additional kilometers cost 45 cents.


What are the age/driving license restrictions?

There are no restrictions here.


Can the mobile home go to the festival?

After consultation


What applies if the trip cannot be started?

Cancellation Fees:

• 35 percent of the rental price up to 50 days before departure

• 75 percent of the rental price from the 49th to the 15th day before departure

• 90 percent of the rental price from the 14th day

• on the day of rental or if the vehicle is not collected: 100 percent of the rental price


What to do in case of a repair?

A repair of up to €100 can be carried out without our consent. Please contact us for larger repairs.

 

What happens if the vehicle cannot be repaired?

An onward journey of up to 7 days in a rental vehicle is insured for up to €70.
